What you are not allowed to do:

• Not valid for resale, paid advertising campaigns, broadcast, or commercial distribution.
• Sharing or redistributing the file (or any part of it), even if modified, is prohibited.
• Our mockups cannot be used in illegal, infringing, offensive, pornographic, or defamatory materials.

• Larger businesses or organizations with more than 10 employees.
• Use in paid advertising campaigns, broadcast media, or integration into software or applications.
• Extensive commercial distribution or high-profile projects.

General Licensing Terms

By purchasing and using mockups from this website ("mockups.london"), the user ("You") agrees to enter into a legally binding agreement with A Creative Endeavour Ltd under the terms outlined in this document.

• Perpetual Licensing: All licenses are one-time purchases with no expiration date.

• Non-Transferable: Licenses are for the original purchaser or organization and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

• File Ownership: The content remains the intellectual property of Mockups.London. Your license grants specific rights for usage but does not confer ownership of the file.

Permitted Use

• Use the file for personal, commercial, or client projects, in line with your selected license.

• Edit, modify, and create variations of the file to suit your project’s needs.

• Store and use the file on up to three devices.

Restrictions

• Share, distribute, or resell the file or its modified versions.

• Use the file in paid advertising, TV or broadcast media, or large-scale campaigns without an Extended License.

• Incorporate the file into illegal, infringing, offensive, pornographic, or defamatory content.

• Use the file as part of a product for resale (e.g., templates, apps, or games) without an Extended License.

Additional Information

• Right of Withdrawal: Once the file has been accessed or downloaded, the right to withdrawal is waived as per UK law. Please download and test  one of our free mockups to ensure compatibility before making purchase.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
